Beaverwork

No bad beavers is an idea that struck me in this process of getting the message out there about the wonderful benefits resulting from the work of beavers on the landscape which can restore so much that has been lost due to inappropriate development and contamination of the environment by us humans! There certainly are challenges due to the realities of impacts on property use and infrastructure, however, there are worthwhile ways to cope with many of these issues and still maintain much of the benefits to quality of life that these animals have evolved to provide. Many of these values are poorly known or understood since beaver are still struggling to fulfill their place in our ecosystem from their near demise in the last century, but I hope there will be enlightenment and the value of these ecosystem engineers will again prevail to benefit us all! Please look further for much more info and share it!
